1. Shipping Information

At The Sanakadi, we strive to get your trendy jewelry to you as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

  • Shipping Partner: We ship nationwide via Shiprocket. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Delivery Timeline: Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our jewelry (beads, crystals, and faux pearls, metal sapacers), we only accept returns or exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Criteria for a valid return:

  • The product was received in a physically damaged condition.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken clasp, missing beads).

  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

We highly recommend filming a quick unboxing video when you first open your package. This serves as the best proof in the rare case of transit damage.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Email us at nikhil@sanakadi.in or message our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Evidence: You will be required to furnish clear images or a small video of the faulty/damaged product. This helps us verify the claim with our logistics partner.

  3. Approval: Once our team reviews the images and approves the return, we will provide instructions for the return shipment.

4. Refunds

  • Verification: Refunds are initiated only after we receive the product back at our Ghaziabad facility and perform a quality inspection.

  • Process: Once verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.

  • Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and inserts (including the thank-you note) intact.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to Shiprocket (within 2 days), we cannot stop the delivery process.

To keep your jewelry shining:

  • Keep it away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals.
  • Store it in the airtight pouch or box provided.
  • Clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.

Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once Shiprocket picks up your package.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India. You can select this option at the final stage of checkout.

Q: Are there any extra charges for COD?

We offer COD at no extra cost to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.

Payments & Security

Q: What prepaid payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), and Net Banking through our secure payment partner, Razorpay.

Q: Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Our store is hosted on Shopify, and all transactions are processed through encrypted SSL gateways. Your financial data is never stored on our servers.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What if I receive a damaged product?

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Please email nikhil@sanakadi.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video of the faulty product to initiate a return.

Q: How does the refund work for COD orders?

For COD returns, once we receive and verify the damaged item, we will ask for your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund directly to your account within 5–7 business days.
